Zumbatomic

ZumbatomicInstructor: Maureen “Mo” Sherlock

TIGAR Gymnastics is now offering ZumbAtomic® an exercise dance class designed exclusively for kids! Classes are high-energy and fitness packed with kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love. Choreography combines dance steps of Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Merengue and more. Parents love Zumbatomic® because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination.

Zumba Fitness

TIGAR gymnastics is proud to offer Zumba®, a dance-based workout that already has millions of people moving towards better heath.  Zumba® combines music and choreography from all around the world, the steps are easy to follow and rhythms make you want to move your body! Are you tired of the old treadmill, do you want to add fun to your workout routine?  Get ready to party yourself into shape!  This class is for adults of all ages and all levels (must be 13+).
